I have decided to start afresh with my blog! I'm moving here This is my bubbaboobits blog, which is the name I've been using to make my cards etc. I hope I'll see you there! I've completely wiped the slate clean with this blog as I used it even less than this one- but I'm much more in the crafting mood now (finally) and actually have a big pile of stuff to show, hopefully our garage will be built at the start of the summer hols which will in turn mean I have a craft room!!!!!!! wooooo hoooooo! well I wish I was forty every year!! It was fab- I was spoiled rotten! All my plans went really well and all my friends,in laws and family gave me fantastic gifts- the best one bar none was the suprise visit from my parents. I hadn't seen Dad and Ilene in 2 long years so the first thing I did was burst into tears and throw my arms around my lovely Dad very closely followed by my stepmum. It was the most wonderful feeeling to know they had been able to come down from Scotland.On a materialsitic note- I got the ipod touch I yearned for-yay! All that was left was for me to send a gazillion thank you notes- and this was what I made. A very simplified version of the invite. Hope you like xxx

Hopefully normal service will be resumed now. As soon as it hit summer, craft and blogging went out the window- with two kids and a husband underfoot it wasnot going to happen. and to be honest- I just didn't feel like it. A couple of things just before my birthday blew up and took the wind out of my sails. but the windsback and I'm hopefully going to keep going with it.So here's one of the first things that got me back into things again. A book! The story is unpublished and by my very clever MIL. She used to be a nursery teacher and has had a couple of activity books published. But this was one for the grandkids- the wide eyed owl. I previously made her a book illustrated to go with the story.So she asked me to make anew version to give to a friend who recently had a baby- and this is some of the pages.
Not sure that it's entirely child friendly- but it is cute!!

Horticultural show time! Last year saw me taking home 3 cups and Andrew one. I did some floral art and a cake decorated, that on best in show. So my crafty offering is actually an edible me!! I'm going make the cake for the show ad then use it the following week or my fortieth. So I've start ed making sugar paste items- this is the first one! Me!

It had to be done- with half term's glorious weather, we had to start on the garden. As you can see- it was not pretty. We did have grass but not much since Geoff and George munched it all!! Anne had also pulled down her fence to start replacing it- so here's the progress shot! parp parp!

A play shed from next door has a new lease of life( her daughters now 20 so not in real need!) and the turf which is now settling in. see the wall at the edge of the grass. I did that!!! These hands were not built solely for scrapping,cards and cooking- they occasionally clean and build wall's too!! We still have lots to do- replacing the ugly green asbestos garage and doing the patio and paths- hope some of it before my birthday! Leading neatly on to my invites!!

What do you think?? Instead of just one big party( and a husband breaking under the financial pressure!!) I'm doing a selection of events. So I've made a pocket to slip different invite in, depending who I send it to. A spa day with close friends, a picnic party in a local park for the masses, and then a barbie in our/Anne's gardens( we have a gate between our house's for easy access- so double the space for barbies!!So if they are really lucky- the recipients will have all the invites! Want my top tip for speedy sewing on a page- or doing it without a sewing machine??? When you order samples of fabric from manufacturers, some of the lovely one's will send a piece with lovely sewn edges. If you are lucky they can be quite big and in this case have lots of details or layers! This one is a Jab fabric- they do fantastic samples. Then all I had to to do was stick it down and there you have it ..a beautiful bit of machine stitching on your layout. Neat and tidy and no time at all! Lazy old me!!! The paper is from Indigo Mill from a lovely stash pile Steph sent- thanks Steph xxx

Anyone else hanker for a DSLR?? For a long time, I felt I needed one to have great photo's to scrap It's easy- you point,click endlessly and end up with fab photo's. Better still- if you do a course and learn your stuff-then even better! But over time I've realised I'm never going to have one! Not unless a lottery win happens!!But looking at some recent snaps- and that's what they are!- you can strike lucky with your little point and shoot- even if you have buggered the zoom a bit, taking pics on the beach!! These are a few recent ones- due to go on the scrap pile. OK- not David Bailey- but hey- not to shabby!! It's sometimes a case of perfect timing- you'll catch a look,a moment..it's perfect! And even if the photo IS pant's- if you caught the moment- that's all you need really!

In the meantime- another recent card- machine stitched, free hand, onto felt!!

A recent card for you- for twins! The card was personalised for a boy Phoenix Blue, and a girl Montana Belle Butterfly! How the heck do you fit all that on a card- without it all being words and using all you alpha's!!! Blimey! I managed- but boy- I don't envy teachers at registration in a few year's!!!Oh- and look to your right...meet gus... my virtuall Guinea Pig. If you poke him he squeaks and if you stroke him he purrs- just like our own fur babies Geoff and George! Have a go- it's soooo cute!!:-)

Emma's hair cut I mean!My initial( unshown ) reaction was ARGGGGGHHHHH what have I done?????? Seriously! I felt sick! But she loved it so I hd to smile and get over it- and I have! And it does look good now- in the phot's straight after, she'd had it straightend which looked a bit pants- but nows all bouncy and full of life and she looks like a pantene advert!! ...cupcakes....mmmmm.Getting quite neat withthe presentation too.
Standard cupcake recipe but the frosting is satsuma!! Mega yum! No recipe- just standard butter icing with the juice of a satsuma/tangerine and a frosted orange slice on top. Deeeelish!

The layout is a new page for Indigo Mill using Bo Bunny papers. Managed to use my paper clay leaves to good effect here. The title is my little trick of using ribbon or in this case twine to make a word- plenty of glue dots and patience required!If you check out the slide show of my old layouts at the foot of the page, there's a layout called hold me close- that was my first try at ribbon writing back in about 2005-6. As you can see, I still love doing it!

Term time again!!! Free time again!!! Sorry if it sounds churlish- but I get bugger all done during holidays!! No time to myself at all! We had a lovely Easter first week- away in Somerset but the 2nd week as usual features me entertaining the kids and keeping them out of Dh hair because he was either working or being ill(man style!!) So sorry for the winge but at last I can do my own stuff. That said I spent the first morning of freedom cleaning up the aftermath of 2 weeks at home! So I have lots of stuff to do for Indigo Mill, me and some serious thinking about what to do for my birthday in July. The big one- sob. So it has to be good- but affordable- to make up for me being OLD!!!! I've decorated alittle book to put idea's and pictures in. Any suggestions- feel free to comment!! I always seem to need a kick up the behind to get me blogging again- I'm a bit pant's really! But the blog hop was a good start!

Thought I'd show a couple more creations- one using my clay leaves and embossed flowers. I made the canvas for a friends new baby girl- but for photo purposes used my Em's. So it should really say Emma Audrey!!

The second thing is a card I was commissioned to make- instructions were 40th like likes blue hearts and flowers and personalise it! Think I fitted it all in!

Made a large batch of clay bit's( leaves and flowers) so may do a giveaway in the coming weeks. And made a scrummy batch of banana cupcakes with maple syrup icing. Yum!

Welcome to my blog- and offering for the blog hop! Since it's all to clebrate a certain ladies birthday I thought I'd do a card using some embossed flower embellies I've been makig for a while now.I won't teach you to suck eggs as it's a fairly simple card creating a little bouquet with some folded card and ribbon.

I've used these flowers several times now, as they are very versatile from my point of view- I'll do whatever colour I need instead of rooting through my flower stash. They also look really cute with a bit of additional foliage- these leaves are made from paper clay. Mini tutorial for you here- Get paper clay such as DAS, roll it flat. Stamp into it with a leaf shape. While it's still pliable, cut round the stamped image and shape as desired. Bending the laef in area's give's a lovely 3D look. Once it's dry you can ink it and then use as you wish! Word of warning though- once it dries it's quite brittle- so be careful what you inadvertantly put on top when it's put away!

Finally- as it's customary to give gift's on birthday's I thought I'd do one for you. Saving you the time and trouble- I've got three packs of the embossed flowers made for you. You can choose from these five colours- RED, ORANGE, PURPLE, GREEN or BLACK & WHITE. There's three flowers in each. Leave me a comment and I'll get one of the kids to pick a name on Sunday. I was given this book on Sunday for Mothers Day. My husband heard a reading from it on Radio 4 and thought I'd like it. It's not the type of book I'd pick off the shelf normally- but do love cat's. A lot.

I've just this minute finished it- it was so lovely. And boy does the last page make you blub!! Major blub fest! Still sniffing!! It's a really heartwarming tale about a maine Coon kitten that he rescues- ad all the ensueing adventures in that first year. So if you like pusscats- read it!! "Paw tracks in the Moonlight- Denis O'Connor. And hears a recent piccy of my "kitten" Will - who with the bushey tail and tufty ears, may have a bit of Maine Coon blood in him!! I post and then a week has disappeared! Seem to have a total block on getting anything done! Know that feeling? I have actually got the time- but it's just a blank space going to waste. I need to go to a motivational boot camp!! I've filled my etsy dshop with cards-no sales though! If you fancy a look the link is on the left----> Any constructive critisim is welcome!! But be gentle! I've had a custom order from one of the ladies there so I'm 3 quid closer to replacing my Nano!! I know I'm a bit late- but when do you fit it all in?? Dec was a non starter! Non stop school events and coffee mornings, a nearly broken back at Christmas ( mine- long boring story-DH still not entirely forgiven!!) Then DH gets Gastroenteritis( spelling??) so is ill in bed( because men get that little luxury when they are ill- bitter?Moi?) with me running after him and kids. So all in all- no time and no fun!!

So this year I vow!!....

lose weight again!
make some money!!( see few cards above made for etsy and other things)
craft more( see above)
Replace ipod that died in washing machine!!!! (still not over it!)( again see above above)
Remain sane and happy ( despite impending 40th in July amongst eerything else that narks)
Get some more time ( stated this by stepping down as PTA chair)
and anything else that comes to mind..as and when!

and cried and cried. Seriously!! Reason? I accidently put my treasured Nano in the washing machine!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Stoooopid bit**!!!! Gutted is not the word. it currently flickers and makes a high pitched squeak. I'm not hopeful. And due to having no spare cash- will not see a replacement any time soon. DOH!!!! Also- what little cash I have is stuck in my account because may d=cards be cloned!!! So it's cancelled till a newbie comes. TSSK! On a plus note, I got loads of piccies camping at the weekend- but still have no printer or editing programs on this pc. But would recommend visiting Camber sands in Suffolk, and Winchelsea. Sooooo gorgeous. So I'm home and don't know what to do with myself. I hate pc's- I tried to play with the blog template etc. Lost my header but quite like the background. This was the kids with the bridesmaids at my sisters wedding. I'm not sure who was more captiated with who. Instant friendship. I think Andrew really had " funny feelings in my tummy" about these young ladies. And Emma? The dresses and pretty pricesses did it for her. Me? I was happy with the pic! Em looks so wide eyed and cute. The paper is doodlebug impressions. Ok- mojo first.A very simple lift of Micayla Metcalf. I'e turned it on it's side and sewn ( love my new machine!!xx) The sea must hev been on my mind- because we went to Southend-on- Sea. I was burt to a crisp- you may be able to make out the radioactive glow on my legs. Scarily they tone with the fluero pink ankle sox!!! I'm so used to rushing about in the sunshine that I didn't stop to think I'd need sun cream. daft bint! Any hoo- the kids had a suncreamed ball. We ended they day on the low tide mud flats. Bleurghhhhhhhh!!! Found a few crabs and shells. took a dfew pics- but some how a point and shoot doesn't do the foots prints justice!! Ho hum- CJ I am not!! But lenty of pics to scrap when I find the time. I'll that when eryone goes back to school- but for now I'm enjoying the company!! Thanks for dropping by xxx

Saturday was the "Show"!! As in horticultural one. My most successful yet! I wo best craft exhibit for the cake best in show for the cake and most points in floral classes!! 3 firsts for my flowers and Andrew won a cup as best child exhibitor. His cougette and cabbbage tortoise was best childs exhibit. So he's a happy bunny! Emma got a couple of seconds and thirds( actually beat Andrew on the plasticine model- to his outrage!!hehe)We had a curry to celebrate.Guess it's back toscrapping again now!

But the piccy is cute and it used up stash that I wouldn't usually use! Tiddley-om-pom-pom is one I'm happy with. I did it for a mag page call. it wasn't used but it prompted me to do a page I'm really happy with for a change! i haven't the foggiest why Emma stripped- it was April and totally freezing!! I broke my mug! Now I sound like a sad case but this mug was special.I found it in a charity shop 6 months back. I was so chuffed. I had a mug like it when i was sixteen which over time got broken. I loved it. My fave mug- then and now.22 years later we are reunited. the reason I loved it is it's part of my roots. My childhood home was demolished some years ago and living "down South" I have no roots to go back to. so finding the mug brought a few roots down here. And now it's gone! Boo hoo. I've checked ebay for papel Marci G poetry mugs. Found a sarah and Sheila! Will have to keep looking and maybe be reunited again. In the meantime RIP mug. Will have to stick to my scooby doo one now!

Well it's gone now...proper gone. Carolinez Craftz. It was my first shop design team and came a couple of months after I had Emma. A godsend!I'm a terrible one for boredom. I made some great friends through both the dt and the forum.I chatted more there than anywhere.I saw a lot of changes. I had great fun with Sprinkles.Was the "mastermind" behind masterchef. And had great fun makingup classes with the kits. Sometimes a challenge- but I like that.So Caroline- thanks for the fun- keep intouch. Argghhhhhh!
Sorry- but I need to vent! Again!
I've had the third person in a week ask/assume that I'm pregnant! I'm not- have a have a large tummy. Why do people ask?? Are they stupid?? If you are not 100% sure- then don't ask. Because there is a good chance they are not. It's such a personal question to ask. If they aren't then you are likely to mightly piss someone off.Undermine their confindence in how they look make them feel really paranoid about their figure. Not to mention the chance that you may be asking someone who has a medical problem which could be very upsetting.
Upshot for me is -yes- I need to lose weight again! I lost 2 st last year but since christmas and my pneumonia steriods and antibiotics I have put it back on ( clearly!)I will start weight watchers again- but have another bad cough and cold- so waiting to see if'll need antibiotics again. In the meantime I will try to cheer myself with the reminder I have to gorgeous kids- I should be grateful. They've contributed to the tummy but hell they were worth it.( and before you ask- NO I'm not pregnant! and don't intend to be! Apologies for my bad punctuation by the way- I have no coma's

This weeks mojo page was a lift from Lizzy Wurmann.Again the only thing I have to show. I am making some embellies though- so will have play and show those when I'm done.We did the carnival in Harpenden yesterday but no pics... I was in a crappy mood... thanks to work. You wouldn't think 1 day working would make much odds to the big picture for me. But I've been doing it for 7 years and really liked doing it. Advising people on home interiors in a dept store. But because I'm Satudays everythings gone tits up-apparently no one wants to do it on a saturday(!!!!!)Go figure! So everythings got to change now. I need to go with the flow and work with the changes. Promoting the service more so than actually doing it. There may be potential but I'm still not overly keen at the prospect. The house is a dump - so not house work( although it's apparently improving- so a guess maybe a bit's gone there!)not scrapping- Mojo is about the only thing I do. This weeks lift is of a page by Chris Millar (the true colours page was a few weeks ago- and before you groan- I know the title been done to death but it works- so I used it!) I guess it comes with the territory when you are a sahm( except crappy saturdays!) You never seem to stop but you neer seem to feel any sense of achievement like you've done something.

That said- I am going to achieve something.I am going to do the Race for Life on Sun 28th June.It's 20 years in August since my brave mum lost her fight against cancer.So I'll have her name on the little card on my back. Starting to feel a bit more myself again- yay. Haven't scrapped yet but sure to this week- look at these fur babies Jeff( Andrews) and George( Emmas)Now if I'm honest, i wanted these little guys as much for me as them. I LOVE Guinea pigs- or cavies if you want to be clever. I am smitten!!! Jeff, the white one with fawn face ( rough haired) has been in my jumper mweeping and purring- we have only had them 2 days so I am very chuffed. Dohhhhhhh! Love them!They are 6 weeks old and very tiny. So far they love grass, sprouts, carrot and melon. If I can drag myself away from them- I will probably scrap them oer the next few days. still feeling a bit dodgy but thought I'd show the stuff I did a couple of weeks ago using paper clay and stamps. The large flower, leaves and date went on to an 8x8 layout of newborn Em, and then into a frame from recently flunked The Pier( shame- loved their stuff-to look at! No money to buy!) Anyway, nothing else here as I'm doing nothing (crafty)but try to get better.Been signed off work by the doctor(Saturdays) but nobody signs you off housework, cooking and childcare- unfortunately- so may take a bit of time!

For not blogging- I have been a bit poorly.For ages! I've one of these lingering coughs since before Chrimbo- lasts a few weeks, kinda goes but doesn't, yadda yadda yadda. So have been to my doc and am rattling with antibiotics and steriods and puffing away on an inhaler- and still pissing everyone off with my barking. Most of all me!! Ever feel like you're spinning plates?? Trying to do to many??lol- see that person lying on the floor with a pile of broken plates- that's me that is! So many things I want to do- and if you do to much to quickly- turns to poop!So I need to find balance between being mum, being wifey, being hopeful entrepeneur(?spelling), being a crafter,being a PSA mum(parents fund raising doodah),and the list could go on! No paper at the mo. Just not in the mood at all. But Em's was three on Tues 10th so she had a couple of parties. So Lots of cake. My fave one was the doll cake shown. Really enjoyed doing it. Got creative with the party theme too. An ice cream party. All the kids made everyone sundaes. Daring idea when th eyounget are 3 and oldest 7. Turned out really well. Anyway hopefully I'll scrap this week.

So this was my secret.Spiders Web. A class page on the UKS cyber crop. I was really happy and amazed when Scrappybunny asked me to do a class.I'm by no means a hugely known scrapper. I don't chat that much and don't make a big deal of what I do. Happy to big myself up here as I'm hoping anyone reading is interested! But there not many of you- so it not like I'm looking for publicity! I was really happy to do it- I like a challenge and something new to do. So the brief given was to come up with a mystery novel to base the layout around.To come up with a technique and to bear in mind that a lot of intermediate as opposed to beginners take part. So there you go- I decided to use sewing and beading as a technique- something that can be used in a variety of interpretations. I did wonder if it was too time consuming for a cyber crop- but worth the effort, it took me an hour to bead. I could have gone with distressing,sanding , a variety of techniques that some might love-some might say done to death. You can't please everyone all the time. I knew the spiders theme was specific- and possibly off putting. But again , I wanted to try something different (and there were no spiders in it) so I did, at the start of the class suggest alternatives of gardens, flowers ,halloween etc. But the other great thing about a class is you don't have to do a carbon copy- people that did the class used it as a prompt to do rain, snow flakes, frames... tonnes of ideas...even a fantastic fishing line. So for those that did the class, thank you. I hope you enjoyed it. For those that didn't like it- fair play, you're entitled to your opinions, whether it's based on the subject matter or the page itself. At the end of the day it goes in my album- so I'm happy with what I did. I thought the classes were pretty good- unfortunately if you want nothing but top notch scrappers- they'll probably want paying- where as I'm for free! And if you had the same top notch scrappers doing it -then I expect we'dhave the same compliants about the same old face that SI has! Hey ho! Scrapping puts you between a rock and a hard place sometimes!

That was just after throwing his first snowball at us. Many have followed! So as you can see, we have also had snow. It's such a novelty. Life stops- no school so I've had all 3 of them( Dave to now he's a grad teacher!) under my feet. Dave's had the table covered in his work- so I can't get to sit down and scrap, or lampwork. So aaarghhhh!!! There! Thats better. We built the snowman in our garden- earlier we want sledging with Anne form next door. Pics to follow when she hands them over. My mojo page is done- but I don't feel I've done it justice. I'll post it tomorrow when mojo goes live. That's if I'm not busy cyber cropping on UKS.The who-dunnit cyber crop. I'm on the FBI and will hopefully do a couple of bit's- although there is one thing I definately won't need to be doing!! Let's see if you can work that little mystery out-LOL. This is probably my last class for Caroline- so I hope you like it.So here's a class using the Maya Road calendar in the blue christmas kit with 2 scoops and my own embellies

You will need to cut four pages to fit the tin. Round corners and ink edges. On the pages you need to put the following numbers...
Page 1) No's 1-12, 4 rows wide and 3 rows deep.
Page 2) No's 13- 24, rows as before.
Page 3) Numbers 25-30, rows as before but embellish gaps where desired.
Page 4) Numbers 25- 31, as before.
This ensures you have enough days each month( NB- February- you'll just fish at 28( 29 leap years) and start a new month.

To decorate the tin, liberally apply acrylic paint( peachy) silver leaf, black ink apd, sparkly bling- in that order!

For the month holder.
wrap a strip of acrylic arond the tin. Fold,so it slides across tin easily and join at back. Take a chipboard frame(round) and cut an acetate window to sit behind it. Slide strip in between and then glue edges to chipborad. It should now slide up and down the acetate strip.Embellish!!
To attach the month punch a hole at bottom of strip and in each month. You can now attach with a jewel brad and change easily each month. Store all the bits in the tin behind the front page. Attach with with whatever you like to you chosen spot and you're done.

An interesting few days! Christmas day was lovely- just the four of us. Bit odd not being with the whole family but much more personal. That said Andrew was sick so we would have been as welcome as a ...well....dose of whats going around. So the day was a quietly succesful. Santa(aka- Dave) was spot on- got a 10mp camera. Great as we a skint- like everyone! One day i'll get an SLr but for now I am happy. Well I was, my sad thing is Caroline is closing the shop. so no more Dt, forum etc. Its sad but that's life. So if anyones got suggestions of things for me to do( be nice!!) I'm all ears- and twiddling fingers. Looking forward to what 2009 brings- something I hope!!

Christmas is cancelled!!

That was the opening line from Dave's dad when he phoned this morning.Sue has flu so this will be the first christmas we are not there.Dave turns 46 next week- and this is his first Christmas not at home. My first official christmas dinner- as in "on the actual day". Managed to get a chicken and had a large donation of veg from the inlaws. But when it rains it pours. Spent today trying to find a dentist as Andrew had toothache in the filling he had in October.Poor little bug couldn't eat. But would anyone help? Nooooo! So he has to suffer until Tuesday. but maybe he'll be distracted by the temperature he now has and the horrific barking cough!!!Jakers! Emma is not much better having just started antibiotics to fight off whta she has had- second time around.So it's a quiet day in front of the box with new toys- hope I get some too.The layout is an old one- Dec 05It was ther cover of Scrapbook Magic( ah the good old days!)Merry Chrimstmas all- hope yours is running smoother!

Bleedin' rabbits! Did you know rabbit's growl?? Never knew that- but they do. Three times , uppity little sod! I have been charged with the task of lookin after a friends over chrimbo. I visited and cuddled regularly to prepare them and me. I've just fed watered and cleaned them- and cheeky beggar has growl three times at an attempted cuddle.tsssk!( sucking teeth here)Must be missing his mummy- and it's only day 2!This was a page I did in September, my mum. I love the papers- they were made for the photo. I love doing heritage but because the scanners ****ed I darent touch my old pictures. When I replace I will get stuck in. Well 2 really. My gorgeous little sis- who I'm doing a guest book for, and Tony and Lisa (Dave's best man) Both in July! I've just finished invites for the latter. They were using correspondence cards- so I offered to have a play. The photo doesn't do them justice. They are really simple and delicate. Heart and flourish stamped along the bottom. Then I drew their outline with Diamond Glaze and added random seed beads. I had a lot of fun with them

For another Eve challenge. Challenge 11- love your body. Well it's a toughie-cos I don't. well one bit of it- my humungus jelly belly. Stretch marks like an os map and BIG, I'll spare you more details. But this layout actually made me embrace this part of me.Even if it only lasts tonight! large stomach. But it's clear I am I didn't have to justify my always pregnant looking body. I had people tell me how slim I look with the bumps. But it's more. I didn't wait for somebody to always say the wrong thing or feel the need to hide my belly. For a time I was the most beautiful of women. I stole beauty but gave it back. But maybe...just maybe there's some to left. Ok, the bumps still there, I still get asked when no 3 is due. But my tummy is a medal. A reminder ofwhat I did and What I made...... my beautiful body." ok so I'm no poet. But thanks to the ladies for making me think a bit! Went a bit mad with inks!!

so it's bedtime on Wednesday- nothing new. daddy is dressing Andrew and there's a kerfuffle. Daddy has just caught a great big bumble bee on Andrew's floor. Out the window job done. Phew. 4am- SCCCCCREEEEEEAAAAAAAAMMMMMMM!!!!! Daddy rushes through
to discover SECOND large bumble bee- on Andrew's pillow. Poor little b***** nearly pooped himself!! And us.Both came in with the washing I put on the bed. One fell out the pj's he was going to put on( ouch!!) the other stayed in bed! In October!!Blimey!

Still waiting on RM to get their fingers out. Can't wait to start on my cyber crop kit for Caroline. Was also Andrews 4th Birthday- waiting on the pics!

My facts( if you are still awake

1- was born in ayrshire, brought up in Motherwell and settled in Bushey.
2- I can only eat the white of the egg- hate yolk if boiled fried poached. But will eat scrambled and omellete- but ONLY with ketchup
3- i think slugs are mushrooms in disguise and vice versa so HATE both.
4- I used to be a window dresser
5- I used to be terrified of driving( bordering phobic) but had to get overmyself as got a job I needed to drive to.
6- I could win gold medals at burping( but am to polite to these days)
7- can't explain why but I lurve robbie rotten( lazytown) must be the dressing up thing

to do this weeks Eve challenge. MUSIC! Loved the likes of Duran Duran and Howie in my youth and have longed to scrap this pic of me as a spotty 16year old pining for the idols blutacked to my walls. Still love the music but slightly less of a sadcase now(slightly!) Had so much fun with this layout- and childrens blopens.Weeheee!
